Day #6: What does an ideal Saturday look like to you?
Honestly, an ideal Saturday used to be staying in my pajamas all day, reading a book, or writing, and some form of caffeinated beverage in my hand. That, or watching movies, TV, or baking shows with my mom.
Today however, was the perfect example of an ideal Saturday for me. About a week ago we found out that @milwaukeecozoo was hosting Family Free Day today, so I immediately called my boss and said I’d have to go to work an hour later than normal. Mom had been talking about going to the zoo all year, and here was the perfect opportunity, so we packed up my brothers and went.
It was a lot of walking, but, these are memories that will be cherished forever. So, here is a picture of us from today, two of my favorite things, my mom, and penguins at the zoo. 🐧
