6-Hour ER Trips, Potato Soup, & 7up.

            Yesterday sucked.

So much so, that this is about to be a very quick and to the point post. Yesterday at 1:30pm I had an appointment with Dr. Klein about my foot. She thinks my issues now are nerve related- especially since I’m still unable to move my toes. However, when Matt and I were on the way to my appointment, I started having very sharp chest pains.

Chest pains that put me in tears. My brother will tell you I have an insanely high pain tolerance. I do, and yet I was in tears 3 separate times over these pains. He mentioned it to the doctor who said that if it keeps happening to go see the GP (that I don’t have) or to go to the ER. Well, it happened again on my way home, and Matthew took me to the ER.

Well, after 6-fucking-hours in the ER with intense chest pains, dealing with a nurse who couldn’t hit a vein with a cannon, it’s fair to say that I was done. Two more blown veins was not what I needed yesterday. You know what else I didn’t need? Double. Fucking. Pneumonia.

So, that brings us to today. I did everything I plan to do for the day.

Went to Walgreens. Got my medication. Started a load of laundry, and now that I’ve eaten my soup, I’m going to fucking bed. So much for the baking and writing I wanted to get done today. It seems the only thing I’ll be getting done is resting.
