So, it’s been almost two weeks since my last post, and while I’d like to give you some kind of half-assed excuse as for why, I don’t have one. On October 11th, I said goodbye to Roswell, the Alien, and hello to Nightmare my spoopy Renegade. Doing so, was a big step forward for me. Partly because I loved that Juke more than I thought somebody could love a car… and partly because I wasn’t ready to let her go. In the meantime, I’ve been doing a LOT of driving around but, that’s not the only thing I’ve been doing.
I’ve also been doing a LOT of writing. Oddly enough, it’s almost all been by hand because, lately, for some reason typing just hasn’t been working for me. What’s that mean exactly? Aside from the fact that I’ve almost entirely ditched the skeleton draft that I’ve been trying to write in prep for NaNoWriMo in November- which, as of now, I’m still not sure I want to participate in.
Reading on the other hand has also been a bit troublesome for me. I don’t know why but, I haven’t been able to really get into any books lately. I’m hoping that’ll change when I start reading a book called Empire of the Vampire here shortly. But, I guess like with all things, we will just have to wait and see.
I’ll try to get back on my normal posting schedule soon.
